Ford Racing Gears

MGW is good, as well as Pro 5.0.

FRPP gears. Especially if you plan to install them yourself as they are dimensioned for installation according to the "Master Housing Dimension" process. Makes installation of the pinionand setting up backlash and tooth contact pattern fairly simple without all sorts of special equipment.

Motive gears are good too but require more effort in setting them up correctly so asnot to get any whine.

I will be doing my own installation so, I will go with FRPP. If I wasn't doing it myself, I would go with FRPP.

You might be the only one

From what I have hear it is hit or miss with motives, more miss though.

I wish FRPP would make a 3.90 in the performance gear.

I guess Im the only person who's going to say Motive makes a good gear. lol. The FRPP gears are a good choice too.
Motive is just as good of a gear as the Ford Racing. The FRPP gears are just easier to install. If you use the stock shim from the stock pinion, you don't have to mess with anything else. They 99% of the time will just line right up.
