I had a shaker 1000 head unit in my 07. I bought a ford nav unit on ebay, which worked great EXCEPT the rear sub will not come on. The guy that sold the nav said ford changed the canbus or something and he needs time to figure out if it can be done. Do any of the forums great HI FI experts know how to get the ford nav to engage the rear sub? I did find out if you hold 3 AND 6 buttons down you can run a bunch of tests. This did tell me the that subwoofer was engaged, but in reality its only the in the front. BTW the guy sells dozens of these things, all money back guaranteed for $1250 each. I think they are take offs from new cars where the owner wants to go to video or something. Any help would be much appreciated. I love the nav and I miss my rear sub. Right now its just takin up room in the truck and adding weight. Thanks

I don't think it is compatible with the Shaker 1000.
