Kill me now...more problems..A/C help
1. My car bought "brand new" was sold to me wrecked and the whole panel is now a different color and clear coat is peeling.
2. Clutch is going out w/ 24k miles.
3. The A/C does not blow on the #1 setting either in max or standard cycle....problem is if you run it on the 2 or 3rd for a while and come back it seems to blow for a bit...taken it in once and was blown off...guess I will go back....(by the way I can't feel any air even with 2 vents shut...)
Anyone else have this issue on the # 1 setting?

Lemon laws are not for cars with multiple issues...
Each state is different, but most are pretty similar, and for repeated problems of the same "issue". There are also stipulations about the car being unsafe, undrivable and out of service for "x" amount of days.
We went through this with a Chrysler minivan several years back after the car was on its fourth tranny in 30K miles. Yes four. It is a very complicated process.
I just read another thread on another forum where a lady sued Honda USA after around 20 unrelated items all repaired under warranty...but the car was out of service for over 100 days. She lost. Evidently in a good faith effort, Honda voluntarily paid her extensive attorney fees.
Anyway...back on track...
I dont understand. You bought a salvage car? Or a wrecked car? Or what??

The car was brand new....45 miles or so, they damaged the drivers quarter and painted it...never told me...as time has passed the painted started turning for the worse and it became noticable especially when the clear started peeling
If you have proof of the damage and paint you have sure case against the dealer in a civil court. They are also criminally negligent too.
If you have proof (and not just a suspicion) call your county DA's office.
New car....Its not like they Cant afford it. If losing a customer to a bad experience is worth more than a new car then times are a changin. I know that the fact that they repainted the panel is not worth a new car but just for the fact that they sold you a Wrecked new car without telling you. I would be sooooo ticked.
