Thanks, and I guess I have been lucky so far as this is only the second problem I have had with it. The first was UPS in their great navigational skills could not locate my house to drop off my tires a while back. Even though they drop here at least 2 times a month and the address was correct. But thats another story.

 

As of thursday I have been trying to get a hold of a certain manager there at Am who I will not name here. I am trying to see if we can work something out but he has yet to return a single call even though he has been in the office. I even had one guy promise to have him call me back, but have not got that call yet. If this is what the customer service is like when you have a problem, then this may be my last purchase from AM.

Anybody know good vendors?

 

Well now I have left a note for Nick as well. So far I am having no luck with customer service from AM. Whats the deal? Everyone seems to love them and I have been happy with them til now. Of course this is also the first time I have had to call them for a complaint.

 

Ordered a set of axle backs from them and was happy with the service and price.

Give them one more chance and then cancel the order and the charge on the credit card and order it from somewhere else.

Guess what? I get the flywheel today...... And it is the same one I sent back the first time!!! What the F@$K? Are you kidding me? Where is Ashton? Am I on punked? Their shipping department has failed even though the RMA sheet that they shipped it to me with clearly states and is highlighted in oarange! " Bruce please check item inside box before shipping. Was labeled wrong by manufacture."

Should I give up on AM? Or should I give them yet another chance?
