Default Has anyones window gone down when you press up?

Weird problem I seem to be having every now and them. I press up on the windows and they go up about halfway and then go back down. It only happens with one side at a time though and it happens probably once every two days. Has this ever happened to anyone else before?

Never heard of that. You may want to try recalibrating the windows as described in the owners manual but since it's intermittent, I'm not sure that would be the fix.

I'm assuming it's just some electrical problem, it's not the most serious issue in the world but it's a little annoying. I'll have a look at that though.

If the window has to much resistance while going up it will reverse and go back down,
safety feature so nothing can be pinched by window closing. Check alignment of track
or for anything that might be pushing on window. If you have tint and mole skin??

that same thing happens to me, though not nearly as often as you describe. since it occurs so infrequently, i just kinda ignore it. sorry i'm of no help, but at least you know you're not alone!

Check the rubber at the top.

just as J2L06GT said. If there's anything in the way of the window it will go back down.
Happened to me. And it was the rubber that popped out a bit and I had to push it back in.

Mine does that every so often...I agree with the poster above that it is a safety issue..to much resistance and it goes down...

I notice when my windows are dirty and dry...

It's happened to me before to!! I pressed to put both windows all the way up and the passenger side went half way up and then back down!! It probably is a safety measure!! Too much resistance going up it goes back down!!
