Stripes
I have put decals on before.. So I've done the squeegeeing and the cleaning and stuff.. But I'm looking at putting the eleanor stripes on my car and was wondering if it was a good idea if I did it myself. I'm just a little intimidated because it's a big vinyl and I wanna make sure it all lines up right. I feel like it's something I can do myself.

My limited experience is the wider the stripe/vinyl the more difficult to apply. I had never done it before until I did the superstripe on my hood only. It started out really good and the closer I got to the nose the more air pockets existed and the more PITA it became to get them out. The pinstriping was super easy to apply.
Don't know your skill level but I'm sure you can do them yourself. Just prepare the car well (clean!!!!) and then have somebody help you (you'll need an extra set of hands to help hold it) and just take your time. They are pretty forgiving meaning you can pull it up and reapply it as long as it's right away. You don't want it to dry out.
Good luck and post pics when you're done.

yeah.. im just afraid with the eleanor stripes taht i wont lines up the small chaser pin stripes on the sides evenly, but i have done many decals before, and the bubbles usually come out after a few days even if u cant squeegee em all out. usually the constant heating and cooling of it lets it expand and contract, but i think i shouldn';t have a problem if i do it slow
