SCT Tuner screen smashed in!!

SCT Tuner screen smashed in!!
I finally got my C&L and SCT from Evo Performance today after a long dilemma with Fedex. (they couldnt find my house for days..) By now I'm pumped to get this installed and I open everything up to find my tuner screen smashed in like a cheap calculator. I was not happy. Called Evo and they simply said to send it back to their shop. Hopefully they can replace it!

sorry not to be a bad apple or anything, but kinda useless post...you should wait until you get your new one and after you install it then love it then tell us how much you love it and the trouble you went through...jmo though

Lucky you didnt have your stock tune on there and
then the screen got smashed.
You have to protect your tuner with your life once you
upload the stock tune to it
and download a performance tune. Its locked to the vehicle
and its a bear to get worked out if the tuner is physically
damaged, quits working or disappears.
