I dont have carfax but carfax.com says it has 12 records which seems kind of high amount for a 2007.

Serious? I new one for $20k? Where? Most of what I can get new is via x-plan which gives me lowest prices of about $24k

I'm not sure what to tell you, because anytime you buy something used you just never know what you're getting into....it could be a great deal or it could be some else's headache that they got rid of. Good luck with your decision.

For a CS I really don't think that is a bad price especially when you take into consideration that you can always deal and possibly get them to go even lower.

I think it's a fair price however the mileage is a tad over average for a 2007. Looks good, though.

I say check it out but proceed with caution. Make the dealer buy the carfax report. Mine dealer bought the report for me when I bought my '06 GT. Is it a CS? I almost bought a very similar CS, 2007, for $23K. Had more miles. Kinda regret not getting it.
