gears or pullys
go 410s if you dont you'll be sorry and the pullies are a great idea it will save fuel and free up some power but if you want to FEEL your power go 410s if you want to save fuel go pullies. Just a note your economy will drop with 410s but might kinda sorta balance off if you do both
I got 3.73's put in my '06 auto GT, and according to the readout on the dash, I lost .5 mpg! Going from 3.31 (stock) to 3.73 not that big of a difference. My rpm's only went up 200

The gears will definitely give you the feel of being faster in lieu of the pulleys....as far as which ratio to go with is a matter of opinion. I just had a friend install 4.10's in his auto, he had some issues with the install, and had to get new gears and changed to the 3.73's and is MUCH happier. In his case, the 4.10's were too much for his drive to work everyday.
