Default Red Interior Question

So, I have the red leather interior option. Went to the local carwash a few months ago and the guy told me that the cleaner they use takes the color out of the seats and even told a horror story about a mustang exactly like mine that he messed up using the cleaner. I noticed when I wear a white dress shirt the color comes off a little on that too. Now I'm a little gunshy about cleaning them. My question, for someone who has this interior, what do you use to clean it? I have a call in to my local dealership but they can't be bothered to return it.

I use the Meguiars spray leather cleaner/conditioner. It seems pretty mild to me. My charcoal never comes off on the cloth or my clothing.

I just wipe mine off.
I heard about the color coming off too.
That's why I don't use any cleaners on it.

hm, I have red interior and i've never seen any color coming off... I use armorall wipes and then go over them again with a paper towel to take some of the wetness off and it gives off a nice sheen.

Thanks for the suggestions. Think I'll try the Turtle wax (my auto parts store doesn't carry the other stuff) and hope for the best. I'll start on something small and out of sight and we'll see if it passes the white rag test.

I've used both the armor all leather cleaner and the meguires leather cleaner (both can be found at walmart). I have never had anything come out of my red seats.
