Default air compressor and drying car

I just bought my first air compressor and i've gotta say these things are great for getting water our of all those spots that like to drip water out once the rest of the car is dry and you walk away. I used it to get water out of the hood scoop, mirrors, tail lights, grill, under the headlights, and the tail lights. Any of you guys do this?? If not give it a try!

I used to be in charge of new cars at a Chevy dealer ship years and years ago and we used the air compressor for drying off cars and blowing out the fine gravel embedded in carpet and seats in the used cars that came in.The air works really well on the hood heat blankets as well.Just make sure your wearing a dust mask when you blow one those out.

Anywhere that I have ever seen a water mark after I am done gets air. It's easy on the black car to identify those spots.

All the time works great. My wife actually uses a pet groomer's blower to dry her entire car. $70 online.

it must be nice being able to dry off the stock, honeycomb grill quickly. It takes me about 5 minutes to dry it off, with me having to wrap my fingers in a towel and stick them in each hole!
I won't even go into how long it takes to dry off my rear honeycomb panel! But I did find that a thick terrycloth towel works quickest.

I hate the honeycomb grille. I bought the Agent 47 grille to elliminate that problem. Still waiting for it to arrive.
