Default Help diagnosing engine problem :/

Just recently my car began to start making this almost rubbing sound when the car is started. It only does it from a cold start so in the mornings or when it has been sitting for a few hours. Its almost a clicking noise and as the RPMs fall it is less frequent so I have a feeling it has to do with something running off the belt... Any ideas? thanks

i know if it were my car and i was trying
to troubleshoot this, i would take the belt off
of the crank pulley and start it (next cold
morning) to see if the noise is still there

if it's there, obviously it is internal to the
engine

let us know what it turns out to be
