I have a sct II tuner, using a tune from Evolution Performance. When I was at the track I noticed the shift points were set at like 6100 rpm....which bogged down my engine once I hit that point at the track. What would you guys recommend I move it up to...like 6500rpm? Also what about setting the shift points, and taking off the top speed limit? Thanks. It's for a 07Gt

Are you referring to the rev limiter? Brenspeed had reset mine at 6800 but I changed it to 6500 RPM. 6250 RPM is the factory default which is somewhat conservative. Also, my speed limiter was changed to something over 200 MPH, not that we'd ever get close...

For sure...raise the rev limiter to 6800...that'll leave ya some room. I'd turn off the speed limiter too.

Alright I changed it yesterday. The top speed was turned off already. I changed the rev limiter to 6800rpm. I didn't know about the neutral rpm and idle rpm so I left them how they were set. I didn't see anything else that I could of changed. But its funner to shift now with the higher rpm set.
