Default Problem with Zex Nitrous

Hi ! I've got a problem with my zex kit and I don't know what it can be. I have a 150 shot.
And lately when I used it it fell like i had 50 shot. So I removed my cold air with the car unstart and put the kit on to see what was happening. Then I saw just a little amount of nitrous coming out and I remember when I try it before that they were a white fog coming out.Now pretty much anything. Why? My bottle was full and weight 24 pounds. I have 950 of pressure ans i swith bottle same thing.

I am now figuring that the only problem can be coming from the management unit because there is definatly Nitrous at the botltle and very few into the cold air when arm?

Check your hose from the bottle to the front of the car and make sure it isnt pinched or kinked. It might be limiting the supply that gets to your intake.

are you using the stock fuel system? if you are, you are probably pushing it nearly to the limit, I'm assuming you're around the 450whp range?

I agree with the others pull the jets, see if they are clogged. pull the lines as well. Did you by chance use teflon tape on the install--there is a possibility that a piece come lose. Start with the basics. If its not related to either of this, reprogram the zex unit. if still a no go, I would suspect the unit itself.

Yes I'm at 448 hp at the wheel but my car was tune by Dez Racing and Mike told me that the fuel system is ok at that point. i will check tonight for the jet itself. No teflon in my kit also.

Is there a way to reprogram the unit apart for the TPS voltage.

If you dont have enough fuel pressure the solinods will shut the system down, i would definetly upgrade the fuel system thou cause your gonna be burrning up plugs very quickly if you dont have enough fuel, i had a problem running a 150 shot, i was melting plugs after 2-3 passes cause there wasnt enough fuel, i got a kenne bell boost a pump and the 150 is fine could even go to a 175 if i wanted to.
Also like others said no teflon tape is to be used on the install could be clogging the lines or jets.

Yeah, I run into fuel issues past 5800(AFR went to 13.5 to 1) rpm when i was running a 150 shot. Now I have twin GT supercar pumps & a 40amp kenne bell boost-a-pump. No more fuel worries(except running pig rich at idle----about 13.2 to 1). At WOT im at 11.6 to 1 thru 6800rpm
