Warning for Vortech intercooler users!
Hello people!
This is for only the 4.0/V6 vortech owners w/intercooler-aftercooler.
I was looking over the vortech system under the hood, wires, plugs, hoses, etc.
And I notice that the alternator pulley was rubbing on the side of the charge-cooler, the one thats up top in the engine bay, not the one by the bumper.
So the installer and I came up with an idea to make a brace/spacer for this little thing that could of made one big problem down the road.
A guy with a corvette had the same problem and didn't checked it and the atl. pulley had cut a hole into the charge-cooler.
Here's a shot of the area.
