GT 500 fuel pump "Stock" Tech needed
Alright, I purchased a GT 500 fuel system. The system was removed from Saleen Extreme, so its used, but in good condition. From the looks of the system everything is there. The only thing with this system is the fact that it came with the stock wiring harness. It looks similar to the one that comes with Whipple HO kit. The biggest difference between the kits is that the whipple kit is plug and play. The SC kit that I bought did not come with the fuel pump. This kit does include the fuel pump module relay and fuel hat. It also came with some other nice things to have like upgraded fuel rails and such. I'm having some trouble trying to figure out the wiring harness. If you could help that would be great. I need to figure this out before I install the Whipple HO kit. I plan on doing the install next weekend.
I have attached some pics so you could see what I'm talking about.
Relay & fuel Moduel

As you could see the plug connects directly into the fuel module. The relay mounts in the trunk along with the ground wires. It does not appear that other wires have to spliced into anything but I maybe wrong.
Plug

Above is a pic of the plug on the fuel pump hat. I believe the fuel kit that comes with Whipple kit connects directly into the the new fuel hat. From the looks of the pics in the install kit it uses a female and male connection plug. The existing wiring harness plug connects into the new fuel pump kits wiring harness then into the top of the fuel hat. The kit that I purchase does not have this connection.
Blue & White wires.

The pic above is the what I believe to be the fuel sender wires. These wires come off the the wiring harness in the kit that I purchased. This is where the new plug is supposed to be. I'm trying to figure out where these connect to. I'm lost at this point. I plan on shooting a vid and posting it so that I could provide you with better idea. I'll do that a little later.
Red & Green Wire

Lastly, a pic of the red wire and green wires. I betting that the green wire does not mean a thing. The red wire looks like it the main power supply to the fuel pump. This connect to the power supply. After looking at the install kit I know where this connects.
Your assistance and feedback is grealy appreciated.
Regards,
JP
