Running 255/40/20 fronts and 295/40/20 rears with the Eibach pro kit. They rub slightly over rough tracks or huge freeway sinkholes. I was running 275's before but they roll on the 10" wheel and looked funny IMO.

Joe at the coffee shop last sunday, there was a Saleen running 305/35/20 Nitto's which looked awesome, just pricey.

275's

295's

i notice a lot of you are running the proxes for the 255/40/20.. did anyone consider the yokohama parada x-spec... any reason why you went with the proxes? (dont mean to hijack thread im sorry just curious about this popular tire)

295/40/20 is def the way to go in the back if you want the thickness of the tire, i have 255/35/20 on my fronts but def going with the 255/40/20 next time but 295/40/20 is the best decision i've made on my car

Price for me...cheaper cost but still a decent performing tire. All 4 under $600.

I guess what it boils down to is that I went for a different look (fatter and taller) when all along I really liked my nice low profile look. It went well with my car, at least in my eyes. Im going to buy my old sizes again. 245/35/20 & 295/30/20. Anyone with a Saleen need brand spanking new tires?

Would I have a problem running a 295/40/20 with Roush rear lowering springs?

Seem like a tall tire, I wouldnt want it to rub.

It is only a .75 - 1 inch drop.

Thanks,

It has alot to do with the offset. Saleen puts these on and sells the cars like this. My problem is the low offsets I have to run to clear the front Brembo's and deep rear rim.
