Unhappy Dirty Brakes Maybe??

Sometimes my brakes squeek when i start to apply pressure to the brake pedal!!
It started a couple of days ago after washing my car and i did spray in the wheel wells to get the dirt out so im thinking that dirt might have got in the brakes or something else cuz at first it was really loud almost like two pieces of metal being rubbed together when turning to the right?? And it was LOUD!! but i think that stopped cuz havent heard that since that day!! and now the brakes still squeek a little bit!!

So my question is can u clean out the brakes with something?? Is there a oil or spray or something to clean out any small rocks or dirt or whatever might be in there??

Were teh brakes hot when you sprayed them? You may have glazed the surface. Glazing is when teh surface crystalizes because it was cooled down to rapidly or heated too rapidly and not allow to cool down before reheating it again.

DO NOT USE OIL OF ANY KIND!!!!!

Buy some brake cleaner at any auto parts store and stray it onto the brakes and rotors. You can even remove the tire to get a better shoot at it. BUT DON'T USE AN OIL!!!! This is cause brake failure. No OIL!!!

You're probably going to have to take 'em apart and reapply some of that brake assembly anti-squeek lube.
