Default Cold Feet?

I've just had the heater on in the Mustang a couple of times, but it seems more air is blowing up against the windshield than on my feet. I took it to the local dealer today and they said, "yeah, they're all like that....you just have cold feet in this car." Are they just BS'ing me or is this a common problem. Mine is an 07 GT 500 convertible, if that makes any difference, I assume the hvac systems are all the same.

Thanks!

so when you had the HEATER on, it was blowing cold air?? if thats what your saying, that is not normal. take it back and tell them to check it again.

if what your saying is; when you have the heater on air blows at your feet even if its not set to, i believe on stangs thats somewhat normal. as irritating as it is, ive heard quite a few people talking of that problem.

also when your a/c is off (meaning blower is not on, complete system off) there is a little hot air at your feet, i think thats a mustang thing too.

if either of these are not normal, please tell us, because im going strait to the dealer to have it fixxed.

My GT seems to be the opposite. For me, the air coming out down low is always much hotter than the air coming up at my face. Most times when I run the A/C, i have to run it to my feet only because they get the warmest.

There is always air blowing out the upper portion of the dash onto the windhsield. I thought it was a problem and was told the same thing nearly 2 years ago.

My heater seems to keep me pretty decently warm......although I must admit....I usually drive her in warmer weather......
