do it looks sick IMO. way better then clear corners, I did them first then quickly switched them out.

I am not sure what the regulations are in Texas, but a local cop friend of mine told me that the amber reflector on front and red reflector on back needs to be visible to help with identifying your car at night. He called it a "safety concern".... I would suggest talking with a local cop (not close to where you live) to be sure, because they would be the one pulling you over.

The required Texas vehicle safety inspection includes the reflectors. Tinting them is, in my experience with inspectors, liable to cause you to fail inspection. Removal of them is guaranteed to fail you (fully clear corners, if people still do that). As far as legal to operate otherwise, I can't comment on.
edit: Did a little looking around and came across this...
"§ 547.353. COLOR REQUIREMENTS. (a) A clearance lamp, identification lamp, side marker lamp, or reflector mounted on the front, on the side near the front, or in the center of the vehicle must be or reflect amber. (b) A clearance lamp, identification lamp, side marker lamp, or reflector mounted on the rear or the side near the rear of the vehicle must be or reflect red.
Got that off the Texas transportation code chapter 547."

Not sure if it's illegal in Texas, but it Cali it definitely is. If your corner reflector is not reflecting (which it won't if it's tinted) they have the right to pull you over. Same thing with being able to see your turn signal light bulb at a day time. That's why instead of tinting I went with the black housing side markers with orange reflectors. Looks better than stock, yet is legal
