they look good, but those ones seem like they are kinda cheap...ive seen carbon fiber ones that are like the traditional hood pins...but i dunno its up to you.

Yeah, that's the only thing that I'm worried about. But the pins don't protrude through the hood like other hood pins. There's also the locking mechanism that goes from the c/f ring down to the pin. So, I would think that it shouldn't be a problem, but I don't know...

I saw them at pep boys today, and they would go with the whole mineral grey/black that I'm going for.
