Well my hot-hammed Tri Ax is urinating me off. Its just too tight in 1st and 5th. From what you guys say here, it needs the shifter nut loosened, Ide say, about a quarter of a turn. And in order to do that, I have to get the thing in the air. Factory jack is forget it. I dont even know where it is, anyway. I have two floor jacks and Im just not quite sure where to place them and be sure not to wreck something. Thought someone might know for sure. [sm=feedback.gif]

I told you that you can jack under the front control arm. This is a good spot with a floor jack. The reason to lossen this nut is the two metal bushing are binding. You should be able to spin each bushing by hand with everything together.

In the front you can jack by control arm area or crossmember in front of oil pan. In rear just jack in center using the center of the rear end housing. I jacked in these areas when I changed my wheels on this car and many like it.

You can use the Jack Points. I did with my floor jack, no problem.
