How do you jack these cars up?

How do you jack these cars up?
I mean with a floor jack. I need to get under mine to loosen up that damn shifter nut on the Tri Ax, but cant find a "safe" looking place to put the jack. Theres some weird feces under there that doesnt look all that strong. Sure dont want to bend something by lifting it wrong. Have any of you successfully lifted one of these cars with a floor jack?

I sadly discoverd my mustang won't fit on my ramps when I went to do my first oil change the other day (the front valance hits the ramps long before the tires do)
I jacked it up on the frame right infront of the oilpan, didn't see any other place I could have. No idea about the rear though.
