Aeroforce gauge temp. range

Does anyone know where I can find the operating temperature ranges for the Mustang? I just got the Interceptor gauge from Aeroforce, and I want to input the ranges in the gauge.

160- up to 210 degrees (well as warm as I want her to get)

fyi - mine shows a consistent 190-195 once up to temps

Did you get a 160 deg thermostat? just wondering -came with the whipple kit and she runs cool .... I figure about 180-195 when at operating temp
