no, it doesnt, as stated in the description on their website. however, i plan on using a grill i already have and possibly getting a different lip and modify it to fit once i get enough cash.

but yea, it still is a great deal compared to the price of all the other bumpers out there

I'd rather pay $300 from a reputable site then deal with the garbage I've heard about BOI.

Oh yeah, the mounting hardware...
This is another thing you have to address folks!

A plastic cover by itself ain't doing sh#t...
Be aware of the hidden costs.

It shouldn't be too hard...
Hope you don't have to buy too many parts though.

Good luck.

YOU WON'T be able to instal it. FIRST OFF it's not the PJ Facia, Saleen doesn't sell a PJ facia, I know because I own the only one they've ever sold (you read correctly). This is the Heritage Edition facia which is different and significantly less aggressive.

Furthermore here are the hidden costs:

Lower Grille: $75
Chrome Trim: $50
Chin Spoiler: $100
Mounting Hardware: $25

I'm a Saleen reseller as well as a SEMA booth participant so if you want the Heritage Edition Fascia or my PJ Facia then I can sell those to you THE RIGHT WAY and you won't HAVE to spend $250 + shipping to install a $150 part.

Think.
