Default Wideband question?

I install the innovate wideband g2 gauge. during normal driving the gauge reading isnt steady. I've seen it move between 13-18 afr and it never stops moving. Is this normal. I can be at a light idling and it just moves between 14-15 afr. I figured the AFR would be steady or at least a slow movement depending on throttle input. I can have the cruise control on and hit the +set to go faster and the gauge sometime goes to 18 afr and the car just doesn do anything until the AFR goes down.

i have the innovate WB a/f too. at idle it goes from 14-15, at acceleration it'll go up to 16 sometimes 17, but at WOT it is more steady and goes down to 11.7. at WOT is where it is most important under load. it is normal for it to jump around a bit. what other mods do you have on your car, FI? how does your car drive, like normal?

I have the HiPo xcharger and 3.73 gears. I sent justin datalogs september 25th to fine tune the car but its taking forever. Car drives great for 2-3 days after loading the tune then I guess the learning kick in and the hesitation starts.

the hesitations at part throttle taking off from a stop or just giving it alittle gas. Full throttle works fine

The innovate gauge is a very good gauge. My best guess it reads a little faster than most. It should fluctuate at idle like your talking about. But as long as it reads steady at wot you are okay. Stoichiometric (can't spell right now) is 14.7:1 so it should be around their at idle and part throttle. Can be leaner too just depends.
