Default Updated: knight rider scanner

My s197 is very similar to the KR in knight rider, since im getting the trufiber hood next week i figured i might as well go all the way and add the KITT scanner too!

The company that sells the led scanner, auto indulgence, made the one for the show also.

I going to vote no on the scanner. I think your car looks great but if I saw your car on the road with that scanner, I would immediately be turned off.

Don't mind me though. If you want it, by all means get it. Just not my style at all.

Maybe for car shows but Im pretty sure its illegal if you were driving with it on, but at a car show I think it would look good...

Dont know how i would wire it yet, but it would only be something I would use when parked to mess with people. I think its small enough that you wouldnt see it when not on, so it wouldnt take anything away from the car.

I say do it if you plan on attending car shows -- won't be able to drive with it though

Id do it just to trip people out like if someone pulled out in front of you switch it on lol.

To wire it run it into the scoop (probably drill a hole for the cable) run it under the insulator and out by the brackets attaching the hood to the car, down the inner fender and into the fuse box. and run the ground to the ground for headlights on the front of the car) simple stuff
