It's illegal to have either red or blue lights on the car while it's running.

At least, that's the way it is in Tennesse.

wow this thread is back from the dead!! I actually never ended up installing the LED scanner cause I couldnt think of a way of hiding the wires in the hood.

i actually dont even have the car anymore either!!
