Well, I've made up my mind, I'll be installing the Whipple HO kit. I'll have a friend of mine helping me out. He's a master tech so things should go pretty smooth. I'll be running the 3.5 inch pulley at 9-10psi and a VMP tune. We're looking to starting in the morning and taking our time. I'll be sure to take pics along the way.

I'll tell you what I tell everybody about the whipple install. I found it to be often tedious, sometimes difficult, never impossible. You'll be fine. Don't forget to post those pics!

I must have read the instruction manual a hundred times so I decided to do a few minor things. This is what I did tonight, I extended all of the wires that needed to be extended, installed the heat exchanger and pump can ran those hoses. Those hoses at the pump were a PITA.

Below you will find links for pics. I still haven't figured out how to add them. Anyway no major problems with the install so far. Although I am having an issue with the new intake. For what ever reason it is not seated correctly (Step Number 93). The intake is resting on the hose. I'm afraid that when its tighten down it will pinch the coolant hose. This will may cause problems when I run the engine as it may melt the hose when the engine runs. However, my buddy may have figured it out. He thinks it may be the style of camp that we used, we did not use the pinch clamp in Step 55, instead we used standard hose clamp. I'll be heading to AutoZone and picking up some new pinch clamps to resolve the problem.

Tommorrow I'll be installing the BAP and running the rest of the wires. We'd do more but we don't have much time. We are planning on finishing the rest of the install on Wednesday. I'll keep you all posted and let you know when its all done.
