Default Smoked vs. clear turn signals

Time to start the mods.... I'm a poor university student, so I'm starting out small here, for now.

I have a silver car with black stripes. I'm debating between clear or smoked front turn signals. Can anyone post pictures of a silver car with clear and smoked? I'm having issues telling the difference between them!

i don't have any pics, but the smoked signals match really well on a silver with black stripes

here's a couple of 'photoshops' i did for allstar; silver with clear signals

For me, it depends on whether or not you have the factory HIDs.

If you do not have factory HIDs, go with the clear. If you do have factory HIDs, then the smoked ones look better. Why? The HIDs have a darker look to them because of the HID housing in the light assembly. That is why I chose smoked on my car.

Just my opinion.

The blue stang was stolen and I bought a silver one to replace it. I've just been too lazy to update the sig.

That's what I was thinking. I still have my factory HIDs and don't really plan on changing it, and it looks like clear doesn't match with it too well. Thanks!
