heres a pic with the middle saleen section off and the covers painted. Ignore the 3m tape from the saleen trunk panel

 

IMO it looks to plain without the ribbing. The fiberglass panels are very creative but I think they also need the ribbing.

Its hard to tell from the pics but they look a lot better in person. They look cleaner than the plastic look and with the ridges but I think I either need to make the panels thinner or put something in the middle. I dont know why ford made the trunk panel sit so deep.
