What is the best tint % in your opinion for a black mustang?

darkest the better. I got 35/30 and wish it was darker, however theres a fine line of not dark enough and getting harrased. To me spending the money to have it stripped off and redone wasnt worth it. That gets pricy and time consuming. If I were to do it again I would go with 20 though
You also gotta consider how **** the cops around your area are...I would say 15%...any darker and you wont be able to see out of your windows at night

Im pretty sure your car is bad *** and unique enough looking they would know your in it.
Go buy some cheap tempt tint from auto zone and toss it on and I bet u drive to the tint shop right after

lol...here in tx legal is 35% also but i got 15% with a window sticker that says 35%...went to pass st inspection and it was my lucky day the machine didnt work...so another year with 15% on the sides...and when a cop roll the window down right away like i've done...also in tx we have the gotta have a LP in front and back of your ride i always get pulled over for that one...but warnings are all i get...but gotta have tint on your ride

In MO the legal amount is 15% on the back and 35% on the sides, none on the windshield, and thats what I have. If I were to do it again I would probably get 20% on the sides, especially if my car was black. I would never go darker than 15% anywhere on my car, I drive at night quite often, and I like being able to see. With 15% on the back I can still turn around and back up in the pitch black and still see decent.
edit* I lied, you can use anything on the back windows in missouri, but I still would not go darker than 15%.

The current tint law in Georgia is 32% (plus or minus 3%) which sucks . I talked to a cop buddy of mine told me that they on really care about the two front windows so I went with 30%Front and 20%Rear. I am happy with the outcome, but I do agree with the darker the better.
