1. no way a brake kit can cost under $1000
2. it won't improve your fade because depending on your climate your brakes are fine, the mustang has some of the best brakes ever designed for a non big brake car. make sure you can't kick in ABS before you get a kit, this means your kit can't bring your car to the limit any more. remember big brakes significantly reduce your handling, so it's not worth replacing them if you're loose brake feel, only brake preformance.
3. brake lines will not create a measurable performance increase and ill cost upwards of $150
4. nobody makes racing rotors for the mustang (except for imitation race rotors).
5. I've found hawk pads are the best

get Steeda's big rear brake kit if you really want it will mainly reduce the possibility of warping.

How did you warp 1 rear rotor?

Are you sure its warped, many times people will hot spot their rotors or get uneven pad wear (especially when changing to different brake pads), it causes a shimmy but its not due to warping. Sometimes just re-bedding the pads can clear it up.

But if it is warped or otherwise ruined stock rotors are cheapest. I've put over 1000 miles on various road race tracks this year with stock rotors and calipers, upgraded pads, fluid and lines. They have held up extremely well, I've never had fade or lack of braking power.

1 question for you road course people:

How often do you change your tires / how fast do your tires wear?

The cheapest big brake kit out is the gt500 front rotors and calipers. They are direct plug and play. THough you need at least a 18inch rim with the correct spacing. I am looking at the gt4 wheels for this reason.

For the rear, you can go for the steeda big brake rears. However they do not provide any performance increase IMHO, they reuse the stock rear caliper but mounted to a 13inch rotor instead of the stocker. I think they are more for looks.

Steel braded lines are a must at the twisties, as well as better fluid.

If you get the gt500 big brake kit make sure you get the gt500 rear pads for your stockers.

Its the route im going to. However I feel my 17x8 rims and stock pirelli tires are not giving me enough grip.

This year - over 150 autocross runs and 1200 miles road racing (HPDE's): 2 sets of tires, 1 set of Hawk HT-10 front pads, 1 set of HP+ rears (don't last on the track), 1 set of HT-10 rears. The HT-10 pads are impressive and well worth the money. I've heard mixed reviews on the yellow and red stuff. The Hawks are so good I have no incentive to change.

Read that first before making any changes.

Check the rotor with a dial indicater to make sure it's actually warped.

If it is, you have to ask why? Rear brakes don't get much abuse, that's why they're smaller than the fronts. And warpage is cause by heat. How did you get that much heat in a rear brake? Changing pads, rotors, and calipers probably won't change the heat management issue.
