Default Concrete Walls HURT

I found out the hard way when today while parking in a parking garage. I neglected to take into account the extra distance the bumper sticks out from the end of the hood and it hit the concrete wall in front of me. I was LIVID and HYSTERICAL need less to say mad at myself for not paying better attention!!!

Took it to the dealership's body shop... and Friday morning I'll have my baby back... $350 later... [:@]

If I were you I would take that chance to replace with a gt front end and some foglights. Turn the bad situation upside down.

TIP:
when driving any new car in parking garages, or even your own parking space, turn on the headlights. They'll give you a better idea of how much clearance you have. i also turn on my headlights all the time when entering parking structures to let the idiot backing up in the huge SUV on the cell phone know I'm coming.

That sucks dude - this is why I am thinkin of putting some of those sensors on the bumpers so that it makes an annoying sound inside the car just before hitting something....maybe you should consider doing something like that!?

I messed up a while back, and tagged the wall in my garage with my front bumper... (was right after I got it, and I was still used to parking the civic)

I was SOOO LUCKY... I actually hit the ramps I have hanging on the wall, which are plastic... they flexed and smashed into the drywall a little bit... no damage to the car though... whew!

Please pay attention... it's not driving we're having problems with... it's the parking.

You can park your car without driving it??
AMAZING! Do you call it KIT?

Learning to park is a basic skill of DRIVING.
Sounds like you are having problems DRIVING the car into a parking space?

OK, just to humor you, I will rephrase my previous post:

Perhaps you should just learn how to PARK ??
