If there is a problem on a car will the factory start producing the cars with the problem fixed or will you have to bring it into the dealership to get fixed with a tsb(can someone explain what this is). For example, the fuel cell. Does the factory still put faulty cells in the cars or do they put good ones in?

Yes, it will be fixed......that is why some like to wait and purchase a new design vehicle maybe a year after it first rolls out.
All the little bugs will be worked out by then.

TSB........Technical Service Bulletin
