Default Shaker Charger Question????

My supershaker charger finally arrived..............the local dealership quoted me $8,650.00 out the door for install. Has anyone else had this done yet and if so, how much.........if you don't mind me asking?

As always, thanks for the info!

Congrats on the SS! sounds like you will be one of the first to have a SS sc post some pics and vids if possible.

As far as price on labor to give you an ideal Breenspeed sells the SS for $6995.00 normal price install is around $650.00 for the non SS Saleen supercharger around a hundred or two more (labor) for the GT 500 fuel pump system option. I am not sure how much more but believe the SS s/c install labor is above the $650.00 install charge due to cutting the hood I was quoted $300.00 (labor) from Breenspeed to install the SS upgrade to my car.

congrats on the S/C, it's going to be awesome.

I wish I had some information regarding the install price, but the number you mentioned above seems rather high, JMO.

It is gonna be sweet! The price does seem a little high...
You could probably cut the hole in your hood just like everyone has been doing their shakers (to cut out some labor time). Almost $9,000 to get blown... sounds a little over the top

I think a few of us are confused here...So after you paid for the S/S, the dealership wanted a payment of $8,650.00 to install it? Does that come with unlimited free lumpkins for life?

the shop i use here in houston is charging $1,050 to install a saleen and the supershaker addon for some guy. so the price you were quoted sounds about correct for a dealership, And if that includes tax already then that price actually is pretty fair to be honest.

^^^^^yeah but the guy only paid probably $6500 for the blower. and they are are charging a grand to do the install with SS system. sounds like to me that the op was quoted $8500 just for the install of the SS. bought the part elsewhere. that is the way i read it at least. op please clear this up for me. did you buy the part from the dealer that is doing the install?
