Default what's the difference btw chase & sequential?

just curious.. i've seen videos and they seem the same to me.

Std sequential is, working from the inside - out. 1-2-3 pause, 1-2-3 pause.
Where the chase is 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3.

Std looks better imo.

chase is pretty badass imo. sequentials/chase lights in general are pretty badass. can't really go wrong.
