I also noticed they have a package offering a 3.73 rear axle ratio... Hmmm that would be nice in waking up an automatic.

Even the friggin AC vents are like 69/70 model, with the two square vents in the center and two round ones on the outside areas.

I think if people don't like it they are just bitter at "oh no there isn't a ton more power for super cheap!" If they added a 400hp engine, the price of the stang would shoot up and less people will buy them, and then the mustang really would be in danger.
Not saying 400 hp. But more than 15 hp more.
I really think 15 is quite sad.. especially with the big bumps the other companies are showing.
Now... if Chevy ends up putting out a 400 hp engine for close to the same price... then the question remains why can't Ford do that?

Why would 400hp in Ford have to be so much more in cost than 400hp in Chevy?
That is the question we will wait to see if needs to be brought up.
(Unless the 400hp in the chevy maro runs times very close to the 315 hp in the Mustang, which would mean
other aspects of the Mustang make the overall performance better other than HP numbers of the Maro)

Correction 2010 Mustang GT

315 HP, 325 Torque 87 13.8 Second 1/4 mile

320 HP , 335 Torque on 89 13.6

332 HP 346 Torque on 93 Octane 13.45

STOCK TUNE.

If the SRT wins, its not gonna be more than a car. The Camaro will pull a 1.5-2 lead on you.

NON SRT HEMI= neck to neck or .5 car in front.

Seen plenty race at the track.

Id love to race the new camaro or challenger without nos, cant wait to play !
Who are you correcting on numbers? (did not see anyone posting numbers besides me saying the new stang has 15 more HP... which is correct.)
And what Camaro are you talking about?
I hope not the new one cuz untill we see the actual car and not just magazine articles we wont
know what it is really gonna do.

I agree, this vehicle needs to be at least $6000 dollars cheaper than the Camaro or Dodge.

And offer a LOW APR.

Im correcting Ford on what they told you, this car still has the Octane Adapting ECM which adds power with higher octane.

If I were correcting a person on here, I would add the quote to help them.

This car is underpowered "Naturally" Yes Indeed

I dont believe what some ppl have to say here! Do you buy Mustangs to be faster than Camaro, just for competition? Who cares for Camaro, nice car, more HP...so what? I love the new Stang, if only thing I would change is a rear wing...but its not like its bad!

Yea I think for dropped the ball in the power department. Style wise I like it reminds me of the 69's which is my favorite mustang year. The only thing I don't like is that the rocker panels are unpainted id pay a couple hundred more for that and the back bumper to be fully painted. They need to step up the game an get some more hp and get up there with the camaro's they also need to throw a 6-speed manual trans behind it like everyone else.

Alot of Mustang Owners just dont like that Ford dissapoints you with small HP Bumps in power since day 1, and the Fact, there are v-6 cars that come close to our V-8.
