Default reflashing to stock

I will be taking my car in for some warranty work and had a question about returning to stock. I have a jltII tuned by an xcal2, and also recently installed 4.10s. My stock tune is for 3.55 gears. I know all about how to change the axle ratio when loading a custom tune....but when i go back to stock, can i adjust the axle ratio of my stock tune for the 4.10s??

not quite sure, is it something that you really need to return to stock for? what's the work for?

if you disconnect the battery for 20 mins they cannot tell of it was tuned. all they will see is a PCM reset (from disconnecting the battery)

if they ask you about anything, just tell them you took to battery out to charge it or something. no biggy. and your speedo should be off with the stock tune.

i think it depends on the tuner you are using. i know with the sct x-cal2 dealers cant tell it was flashed. they just see the battery lost its charge.
