Only thing they don't offer is the relocation brackets. But Roush's suspension is arguably on of the best so I would trust it's a good piece

No they are direct bolt in's, but the relocation brackets give you the best possible results from my understanding. I think any bracket would work honestly.

Yeah these are just replacement control arms. Nothing else is "needed" I would just probably go on and weld in the brackets.
On any account these seem like a d*mn good deal, especially considering what they typically cost.
