Sad to see it go David but obviously you wouldn't do it if you didn't feel it was necessary, I applaud you on your maturity to make a tough decision like that! Good luck in the future man, and definitely don't leave us behind for the truck forums

+1.
Can't put the man down for doing it.
I have the feeling it's a step back, only to go two steps forward in due time...

Don't be a stranger GTstangBFDM.

SMARTCAR!!!! ROFL!!!!!

Are they really smart? They sure are small. Saw one on the Interstate the other day and the person must have had a death wish to be driving it there. You should just see one next to a semi! Scaaaaaaary!!!!!

lol at you guys.. haha.. i love it.. smart car,.. grey, black leather.. its sweet.. its got a 1.2 liter.. im not gunna lie.. its hauls..

hahaha jk .. DEFF NOT..

I got a 07 silver ram 1500 HEMI.. (dont bash.. fords were wayyyy to much.. )

BUT.. i must say, the thing does haul *** ... its got 3.92's in it.. love that.. but i deff miss the stang like crazy..

but ya heres what happen.. the truck was (used 27,000 miles) $14,850 and my kelly blue book trade in was 17.5 (minus all the **** i did to it) so the dealer gave me "17000" and so i was like ya.. alright.. ill do it.. (stripped the **** out of the car since they were strippin me of my common sense giving me a freakin trade in liek that..)

so all in all i got the truck and 2500 cash.. not too bad in my opinion.. ya i coulda sold private for about 20-21.. but then i would have had tax, and out of a car for a week or two maybe..

so i dunno .. i still feel good about it..

nate, you car is lookin sweet man.. the shaker looks great, and that engine bay is sick.. were are deff still a team tho man.. got an order last night, and plan to keep on doing it.. (let me know if want to work on those dash lights we were talkin about and ill send you the lights to work with)

thanks again guys.. i hope i answered everyones questions..

-David

IMU GUYS!!!

Just a question, but how is getting rid of the stang better for your career and how is it a step toward maturity? Is your job car related, meaning you have to take clients out for lunch or do you work at a construction site? What's the deal?
