Default Nav Help

Hey guys I am wanting to put in an aftermarket head unit into my 06 GT. I have searched and I am pretty sure I am going with an Eclipse head unit I was just wondering is it a simple pull out the Shaker 500 and stick in the new or what? I had a G35 and converting that thing was hell and expensive as anything.
thank you for your help

replacing a HU is pretty simple. You might have better luck posting in the audio/visual section.
