I'm looking to buying 18" wheels, but the rear height of 40 keeps me concerned whether there won't be too much empty space in the wheelwell after I put them in. I was probably thinking of getting 295/40 to raise the sidewall a bit..Now I'm more that seriously concerned whether I was thinking correctly or I was missing smth..
thats right! 295/45/18 and 255/45/18
on eibach pro kit drop....
no rubbing at all.....
better pictures will show you theres almost no gap which rox!!!! lol

A 285/40/18 is going to have almost the same overall diameter as the stock 27.2" height. You'd have a hard time telling the difference of 2 tenths of an inch.

I've got GT500 SVT take-offs. They are a bit heavy, but cheap and easy to come by. You can find rims/tires/TPMS all day for under $1,000. 18x9.5 rims with staggered tires front to rear, check out my sig pic if you need a picture.

Yeah buddy, those look dope!
I took some high gloss spray to the center caps, and I'm giving myself some black lugs for X-mas.
