Default MM vs. J&M Adj. PHB

So I have an opportunity to pick up an Adjustable PHB for $125, it's the MM, same one as here
http://dagostinoracing.com/index.php...ducts_id=12378

or

I can get the J&M Adjustable PHB for $75, same one as here

http://www.lethalperformance.com/pag...-rod-race.html

What do you guys think? J&M just as good as MM or should I pay the extra for quality?

those appear to be basically the same...adjustable w/rod ends.

the only thing that you might want to consider is getting an adjustable bar with poly ends instead. that's what people were recommending to me before I picked up my BMR adjustable for $139.95 http://www.bmrfabrication.com/05Must...Rods-Large.jpg (the one in the middle)...I think it had to do with being able to grease the poly ends so they wouldn't make noise

Will the rod ends make A LOT more noise? It's a shop going out of business so those 2 are what they got, good price dunno if I can pass it up.

It won't make a lot more noise, but you will notice more with rods over poly ends. If you can't decide, buy it for $75 and turn around a sell it for more .

FWIW - I have J&M Camber plates and they are top notch. I also have all poly/rod end combo in the rear suspension. Its a guarantee, over time the rod ends will begin to rattle, at certain speeds and rough surfaces. But it takes a while and you can always purchase replacement rod ends thru Jegs or Summit.

I have the Steeda but I should have gotten the BMR with the threaded rod in the middle (kinda)...
Easy access for adjustments, rather than dealing with each extremities.
On our car, you have to slide the passenger side off the housing in order to get to the jam nut. That's plain dumb. See picture...

Very good point pascal, I see what you mean but I have never thought about that.
