Yesterday I swapped over to my winter tires because we were expecting some snow. I removed my Nitto 555's 295 in rear/255 up front. I put on a set of the best snow tires I could buy. Michelin X-Ice 2 all around on the stock rims. When I took it for a ride I couldn't believe my ears. The Michelin snows were almost completely silent. I mean, incredibly quiet. I know it's not a fair comparison cause the Nitto's are much bigger tires but WOW are the Michelins nice. Just thought I'd share because I didn't expect this from a snow tire.

What I mean is, I'll buy a fairly inexpensive car like 4-6 grand that I plan on using as a winter beater. Then I polish the heck out of it and make it sparkle because I enjoy doing that. Then my friends always ask if I want to sell it? So I sell it to them for a small profit. Right now my only cars are these:
