A lot of people don't care for MMR. However, I have had great luck with them....just stay away from their oil pump.

I'm running their 5.4L Monster Mod Short block at the present and it's doing pretty good! LOL

PLstang 9.21?!?!...vids now!...please?...

I have heard that the mmr products arent too bad, I guess its more the wait for them thats a pain. There pricing is pretty good.
I am not sure how limited your funds are but the shortblock I want is the 5.3L 3V 323 shortblock from dss racing...Its the new Iron boss block, a little heavy yes but there is not replacement for displacement.

I would avoid MMR from what I have read.

Livernois is well known and Liked and I think they are in NJ. There is always JDM too.

I have been looking at CHP as they seem to have good prices and a good rep.

When I go forged I want to use an iron 4.6 short block with stock displacement. I am not going for anything exotic though. I will reuse all the stock parts and will just get an SPR blower cam with new springs.

not MMR. My motor has been great, as has PLstangs, but I know of 3 others that have had problems. And their service sucks. Livernois, JDM seem to be the favorites

Ummm.... Ford racing. M-6009-A463SC if you need a forged block that tells me you plan on forced induction and there it is. If you want tell me your zip and I'll get you a shipped price.
