Default How do you take your head rest off??

My new Saleen head rests came in the mail today and of course I wanted to see what they looked like on my seats but much to my surprise I can't get the damm things off! Pushing the little button on the side of them does not release them so does anyone have a clue as to how you do get them to come off?? Do I have to go out and kill a Chevy under a full moon and drip its oil on them while praying to the Mustang god?? I mean WTF?

There is a little pinhole on the opposite post's base. Push that in with a pick or something comprable, and then lift the headrest out. You will really have to look for the pinhole, but it is there.

LOL Cam! They look great! This gets me one step closer to my full two tone interior. The Saleen head rests I got are black which will match my new black swede centers that I'm having done for the front and rear seats. So for Mods its, Vapor Silver Super Snake stripe next month and then two tone seats in Feb

I got them for $187.00 Brand new which is quite a good deal from what I've heard these things go for.....
