steering wheel

D, it looks bad a$$. I remember when I was younger steering wheels were the 1st things to change. Started out with the GT/Grant steering wheels with leather to match my exteriors (usually red). Then when I was a bit older and could afford them, I graduated to MOMO. They make the baddest looking wheel. But since most of my later cars and now all of them come with airbags, I have been limited as I guess I am a chicken$hit when it comes to removing my air bag. I stick to countoured factory steering wheels with wood or cf in them. This latest Bullitt one feels great and looks it as well. Still will never be a MOMO but I guess I am getting old. Maybe we can trade cars for a while and have the best of both worlds .

lets do it J, i will meet ya half way...LOL. I know some are freaked out by removing the airbag but it is not a big deal to me, if I know I am going to be driving alot or going on a trip I may throw the airbag back in...it takes all of 10 min to change the steering wheel... on a side note does anyone know the torque spec for the steering wheel bolt?

Thanks for the info! when I saw it i knew it had to go in the stang! I am going to sand the top hand grips and paint them to match the dark grey on the outside, and leave the bottom ones silver!

Yep thats the plan, all of us up here are going to convoy down. I do have one question, what's the deal with the MCA rule on the "Fire extinguisher?" does it have to be a working one or can you get the ones that are real but not loaded?
