Unhappy CEL after cleaning TB

Title says it all. I decided to clean my throttle body and after all was said and done I put it back and everything seemed find. The next day noticed my CEL was on. I figured it had to do with the TB since thats all I touched. Took it off and put it back on light was gone. Now it came back and I even took it off and put it back on but still the light remains. Any idea what it maybe or any solutions??? I was thinking of disconnecting the battery and see what happens. Please help and thank you in advance

Plug your SCT tuner in there and get the exact code(s).

Yeah I need to get home and check the code. I was wondering if anybody else had this issue before I got off of work.

ok so i might have done this completely wrong but when i checked via the sct the digital trip meter read low fuel level. if that is right you think it might have something to do with winter temp.?

Did you try eliminating the CEL with the tuner?
