I would recommend buying a more powerful(amps) battery and hooking it up to your car frame.

Earth to gt6974a come in gt6974a.
Please explain????

Easy... so you can electrocute the monkey in the trunk.

Yea, that would be funny, but you cant electrocute anything with 12V .

yeah basically, you electricute something with current not voltage so that's why I said more amps

You would not even feel 12v even with a million amps. It takes about 30v before you can begin to feel it regardless of amps.
Have you never touched your pos batt terminal? A typical car batt is easily capable of 200+ amps.

We have 24v 1000+ amp forklift batteries, you cant even feel those.

To electrocute something/one would take at least 80V to be effective.
Why do you think the electric chair is 10,000 v? but is only a couple amps.
And it only takes .07 amps to kill a person.(at high voltages)
It takes a combination of V and amps to work.

The battery is already connected to the frame.

omg.. you guys are electric rookies.. volts dont mater.. the shock you get from the carpet are 1000s of volts... its the amps that kill (I-current) you can die from a 1/2 to full amp.. thats 2 years at ITT!!! WOOOOO 30K bill.. and they left me when I needed a job!! woooo.. nice...

Volts DO matter
I would ask for your tuition refund.

A trillion amps at 24 v could not even be felt, much less kill.
Go back to school rookie

*chuckles* you guys are funny. One must come in contact with enough voltage to over come the natural resistance of the skin. Depending on the circumstances, 80 volts should do it. Even so, you wouldn't want to connect the positive pole of a battery to the car (the negative pole is already connected to the frame) because it will probably cause sever problems with the electronic components.

Uhhh. I work on Aircraft avionics and although I didn't go to ITT (LMAO). Lost souls is correct. A 1/4 of an Amp CAN kill you. With very low amperage 10,000 volts will do nothing to you.

And here is a nice chart showing the direct relation.

Man my car needs to hurry up and get here I have absolutely no life.

I agree,
I already said .07 amps (70 ma) can kill a person, way less than 1/4 amp (250 ma) .
100,000+ volts will not harm you at low enough amperage either.
People have survived millions of volts.
Like I said before it takes both. At least approx 80 volts AND a few milliamps, which NO car battery alone can remotely supply, If you connect the battery to an inverter you have a whole other story.

We are bored arent we???
